English Language

There is a phrase very truly that reflect exactly what I think about learn English: "a different language is a different vision of life".  So, is needless to say that I really enjoyed this subject at university, although I have to confess that sometimes I arrived at class with sleepy and my participation was not very good haha I'm sorry :(
I think that my favorite part of this subject was write posts in a blog (without devalue the work of the teacher in class of course), because write post is very funny and the excersise of thinking about the coherence that I'm write, or search some words I didn't know before to complete my text  was very eficent to better my english. Besides, the teachers have a gold patience to help us to write and correct our mistakes when the famous "wordreference" is not enough (thanks Teacher Rubio and Miss Rosita).
My big difficulty with english always has been haven't the security to be right speaking this language without making a mistakes. Now, that we are finalizing the last english subject I think that the better way to work in my weakness is practice and practice over again, and still learning about this important language.
To be honest, the major part of time that I use my english is when I'm singing haha, I love listen music of every type and I enjoy even more when I have the lyrics and translation of the song close. This has been the bases of my evolution in english, and watch series with subtitles too.

Changes to my study program

Hi everyone! today I'm going to write about the study program of my career and the changes that I could make it.

When I entered to study Public Administration I didn't mind much the study program, but throughout time some things begin to transform in problems.
First, I think that study program has many similar subjects, so considering this, the duration of the career is longer than it should be.
The most important aspect of the study program that I would like to change is the infrastructure. Definitely there is a real problem that affect in many aspects of our life as students, because the building is very small  the number of students that there are in the career. For example, when you want to have lunch is an odyssey finding a place in the building where you can be comfortable, or when you want to study quietly you can't do this in the library because it is always full of people.
Another change that I would like to do in study program is the filter to select teachers. There are really good teachers that motivate you to study and learn more about what they teach, but at the same time there are teachers who seem to want to turn your life into hell... They work without vocation and many teach only what they think is right, so finally this affects the mental health of students and many are demotivated.

In general terms, I think that the study program is not bad, but it could be better...

My opinion

Hello everyone!
In this post, I'm going to give my opinion about some questions of public interest.
The first question is: What is your opinion about killing stray dogs to prevent sanitary problems and animal over population?
Well, honestly... I'm a dog lover, so without a doubt I think that killing stray dogs is a horrible way to "resolve" or prevent the sanitary problem. I don't deny that a lot of stray dogs is a problem, but definitely there are better ways to confront this, for example a massive sterilization and an adoption campaign.
The second question is: What is your opinion about the Chilean tradition called ‘mechoneo’?
I think that the famous "mechoneo" (when other students cut your clothes and your hair, or you have to kiss a pig head) is the worst way to welcome a new student. Currently and fortunately, there is a kind of friendly mechoneo with funny games and the students really enjoy it, more than the old "mechoneo".
The third question of this post is: What is your opinion about recycling?
I really love recycling, fortunately since I was a little girl my parents have taught me to protect the environment. Every time that I can, I try to recycle. I would have liked that people keep in mind this step to protect the environment before, because unfortunately our planet is very damaged and there is not turning back.
The fourth and last question is: What is your opinion about tattoos?
I think that tattoos are very beautiful and even more so when they have a special meaning, but tattoos in my body? nonono, I really hate needles!!

My favorite TV show

Hi everyone!
It's very difficult for me to choose just one TV show to write about in this post, so I'm gonna write about them in general.
The first one is Game of Thrones. The first episode of this series was released on the television network HBO in 2011. As its name implies, Game of Thrones is about the constant fight of noble families of Westeros to get the Iron Throne. My favorite character of Game of Thrones is Jon Snow and his wolf called Ghost. Currently this series has 7 seasons but the next year HBO will transmite the last season :( My favorite episode is The Rains of Castamere because it marked a before and after in my life </3 (it's a cruel episode).

Another TV show that I love is Criminal Minds. Every episode of this series is about a different case of murder, kidnapping, and any type of crime commited in USA. Criminal Minds is transmitted by the television network CBS and this series currently has 13 seasons. I want to highlight that in this tv show a handsome man acts, Matthew Gray Gubler, as the doctor Spencer Reid, and it's one of the reasons why I always watch Criminal Minds haha.

Finally, a classical tv show of the 90's... Friends. It's an American television sitcom which was aired on NBC from 1994. Friends shows the lives of six friends and how they envolve with the time. My favorite character is Joey Tribbiani. The last episode of Friends was transmitted in 2004.

Postgraduate studies

Hello everyone!
Today I'm gonna write about postgraduate studies and what I think about it.
Well, I would really like to do a postgraduate course when I finish my career at the university. I can't imagine my life without studying! I think that having a postgraduate course is an excellent option if you want to grow up in your area of study, and it is very important when it's time to get a good job.

In my case, I would like to do a magister in Public Management more than Political Science. I have not thought much about it yet because the idea of the future scares me, but honestly I would really be happy if I could increase my level of study beyond Public Administration, and if I could do a magister out of Chile, it would be much better! Besides of study, I would know another culture and how the system of public management works in another country.

But everything is not so easy... I know that to accomplish my dream I have to keep good marks in the university, and have enough money to pay the magister because it is very expensive.
Currently, there are a lot of opportunities to study! And I think that we have to take adventage of these opportunities that many people in the past didn't have.

My future job

Hi eveyone! Today I'm going to write about my future job and how I arrived to this.
At the beginning, the idea of the "job of my dreams" don't have much connection with the job of my dreams now. When I was little girl, I wanted to be an astronaut or something similar and almost I could visualise to myself in a spaceship travel around the stars, but when I grown I realized that this job is practically impossible. And until very recently, I found this career Public Administration (when I was in the last year of high school) and everything changed.

I don't think that the job of a public administrator is the best job of life, but it's the profile closer to I would like to be in a future. My goal is arrive to the Ministry of Environment, because I really would like to work trying to improve the quality of life from sustainability and ecology.

Honestly, I wouldn't like to work constantly locked up in an office because I think that it's too much bored haha, I like the job on-site, and I would like to travel as much as possible. But the most important thing that I expected of my future job, is have the enough time to do things that make me happy out of my job.

Someone I would like to meet

Hi everyone!

Well, this post is very difficult to me because if I had to choose just one famous person to meet formally, it would probably be... I would die thinking haha, but as this is only a post... I choose Mac DeMarco. 

Mac DeMarco is a Canadian singer, songwriter and multi-instrumentalist. Honestly, Mac isn't my favorite person in the whole world, but I choose this man because I've seen a lot of videos in youtube of his shows and interviews too, and I think he is an interesting person and very funny. Mac DeMarco has a great personality and flair beyond the show, and he is very handsome.

But deep inside my heart, I would have liked to meet one person that sadly died many years ago... Vincent Van Gogh, the famous Dutch artist. I really love and admire this man, since I was a child. Vincent was a weird and misunderstood person, but he had a big heart! and you can see that reflected in all the letters that Vincent wrote to his brother Theo. Unfortunately, no one appreciated Vincent (as a artist and person) while he was alive, so few people had the privilege to meet him, and no one could tell Vincent the great person who was...
